Delivery Information
We are pleased to say that when you shop with Heavenly-Interiors, most products will be dispatched from us within 24hrs, and we hope to get the ordered items to you within 48hrs.The only exception to this are orders placed over the weekend or a Bank Holiday and these items will be dispatched the next working day.
Very occasionally, a popular item shown as in stock may be selling so fast that it's unavailable when we process your order. If this happens we will let you know as soon as we do.
Delivery Cost
At Heavenly - Interiors we strive to keep our delivery costs at a minimum, to enable us to do this we have two pricing structures for delivery, the most economical will be automatically applied to your order at the rates stated below.
Small or individual items will be dispatched on a weight basis, first class with royal mail. For delivery costs on these items please see the individual product descriptions.
Should the delivery of your order exceed the basic courier rate then your items will be couriered to you at the rates shown below.
Orders up to and including £25 £6.99
Orders £25.00 to £49.99 £4.99
Orders £50.00 to £74.99 £2.99
Orders over £75.00 FREE DELIVERY
Collections
If you would prefer to reserve your products on line and come into the shop to collect your order you are more than welcome to do so. Please type in COLLECT into the discount space on the checkout page, to remove the shipping / delivery charge.
****Please note if you wish to use the collection option your goods will be not be dispatched with our courier in the normal manner but will remain in the shop for your collection. |
