These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions on The Heavenly-Interiors website. We'd ask you to please read through them carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you and any changes will apply to subsequent orders received.

We can only accept your order once authorisation on your card has been obtained.
 

The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation with the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and will give you a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

All card payments made on our website are protected by a secure connection. This means that your credit card information is encrypted prior to being transferred to the bank for authorisation.

We will always refund the full amount or exchange a product, provided these guidelines have been followed.

 For obvious reasons we ask that all goods, are returned in pristine condition, unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, if goods are returned without the box or wrapping they came in, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the value from your refund.

 

 Please ensure you return any unwanted goods within 14 days.

 

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Products can be returned three different ways for your convenience.

 You can post any item via Royal Mail to: Heavenly – Interiors, 25a High Street, Edwinstowe, Mansfield, Nott’s, NG21 9QE.  Please ensure full postage is paid or we reserve the right to deduct this from your refund.

 

 Take the item back to the Heavenly – Interiors store within 14 days. A refuned will be arranged for you asap.

 

 Phone us and we will arrange to collect from you. (subject to a £10.00 collection fee)

 

In all cases, refunds will only be processed once the items have been collected or received. A refund of the original delivery charge will only be given if the product is damaged, faulty or not as described.

Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements and colours are accurate. Please note that goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic processes and variations in computer colour settings.

We treat your personal information with the utmost respect and, it goes without saying, the safety of your credit card details is paramount to us. As soon as you visit the checkout section, in other words before you enter any personal or payment details, your web browser will go into 'secure mode'. This means that all the information you type in will be encrypted - totally safe from the wrong eyes. As an added security measure, we do not store credit card details on our web server once the order has been placed.

We adhere strictly to the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998. If you have requested any services from us we will keep your personal data and we may use your name and contact details to inform you of other products and services that we offer. Rest assured, we will never pass on your details to another company.
